Nice clan apt. perfect for a family to stay very close to the beach and center. Host was great and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We had a great stay in this apartment. We were out of season so there were not a lot of bars and restaurants to choose from but it was close to the beach and an easy drive to other locations. The host was wonderful giving us info to make our stay great

If anything, it wasn’t done justice in the photos and description, it far exceeded my expectations. Lovely place, perfect location with lots to do, very helpful owner. Couldn’t recommend it more. I will be coming to this location more often.

Wir hatten vier wunderbar ruhige Tage in diesem Airbnb. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort richtig. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben uns sogar Milch und Früchte vorbeigebracht und angeboten, eine Bootstour über den See, welcher direkt vor der Unterkunft liegt, zu machen. Große Empfehlung!

This was our first time visiting Albania, and we had a wonderful stay at Flonja's apartment in Velipoje. The place was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for our family. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, and fun at the beach. It is super close to markets and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach, less than 300m or so. Flojna was very helpful, and her brother helped us settle in very quickly, and helped us with luggage, and all the other information. I would recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Velipoje. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Ditmar a été un hôte très très sympathique et très reactif. Nous avons rencontré des petits soucis électriques et Ditmar et sa famille se sont tous mobilisés pour régler rapidement le problème. La maison est extrêmement bien placée dans un endroit très agréable.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

Maison très agréable et a la propreté irréprochable. Superbe terrasse avec vue magnifique. On est au calme a proximité immédiate a pied du centre village agréable et animé avec vue sur le lac. Le jardin est très sympa, a l'image de ses propriétaires. On recommande pour un séjour nature.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Man kann aus den Fenstern das Meer sehen. Sander ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er war sehr lieb zu unseren Mädchen, sie hatten viel Spaß mit ihm. Seine Schwester hat unsere Tochter geschaukelt, als Sander den Rasen gemäht hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. We had a fantastic stay at the little house! The large garden was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The location is absolutely ideal. The direct surroundings are nice and quiet and within just a few minutes, you can be either surrounded by beautiful open fields or standing on the beach. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended for nature lovers and beachgoers!

The place was great. Good located, very near to the street with the bars, but quiet. The host was super helpfull, i’ve had a lot of questions and he was always here to help. The flat was very nice and well equiped, bed big and comfortable :) highly recommended.
