Our stay at Sally’s place was absolutely amazing, even better than described in the photos. Kitchen was clean and spacious, mattresses in the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked beautifully - not to mention the laundry room was a plus! We also appreciated the attention to detail with the linens, soft towels (beach and bath), and decorations in the house (not necessary but definitely enhanced our stay). Finally, Sally’s prompt communication and flexibility with our requests when needed were wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a safe, clean, quiet, and cozy place near Kalbarri National Park and <10 min drive away from Chinamen’s Beach, a supermarket, a great fish and chips restaurant, and ice cream shop. Thank you Sally, for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The house was very quiet—no noise from neighbors at all—which made for a peaceful getaway. Check-in was simple with a lockbox, and we appreciated having a parking spot right in the driveway out front. The home was spacious for three adults and would be perfect for a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ worked great. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked lovely. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the ceiling fans definitely helped with the heat. Just a note: there’s only one AC unit in the upstairs living room and none in the bedrooms. When we arrived, all the blinds were open and the house was very hot, but it cooled off over time. The cold water waiting in the fridge was a nice touch! Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. One small suggestion: an outdoor shower or foot rinse would be helpful for washing off sand after the beach—we used the hose out front instead. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had an fantastic family holiday staying at the Cabana Beach House. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was amazing and had everything you needed and only a short walk away from the main strip. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience 💗!!

A great location close to beach,supermarket and Pelican Cafe which has great coffee. The chalet was neat and very clean,the bed was comfy and great linen. The bathroom was well fitted out,clean and loved the skylight. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Our group of 7 wished to explore Kalbarri. We came across this stay and it was really fantastic. It is buried just deep enough to be a quiet neighbourhood away from the main road, but close enough to town center to make the beach, the Murchison River, the bottle-o, the shops, and a few nice local restaraunts easy to walk to. The space itself has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a BBQ with a sink, and two living rooms. Every room is air-conditioned. It has a great wrap-around balcony on the second story which we used to catch the sunset and look at the stars. It's perfect for large groups, and an easy half hour drive from Kalbarri National Park. Donelle is a wonderful host who left us guides to the local area so we could build an itinerary, and we would be more than happy to stay here again. Thanks!

My family loved staying at Kalbarri Sunset Cottage! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, foreshore and nearby shops. The cottage is clean, well-appointed, and great value for people like us who only need a base to recharge before the next outdoor adventure. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area.

Hayley was very helpful during the booking process, answering any questions we had prior to our stay. Including a breakdown of activities we could take part in which I thought was extremely helpful! Wonderful little home close to Blue Holes beach which is was awesome and walking distance into town. Bed was absolutely amazing and the bathroom is very modern. Perfect enclosed yard for our little pooch and we all had a fantastic time whilst exploring what Kalbarri had to offer. Misses even let me lay over the large couch and watch the cricket for a couple of days!! Would highly recommend Hayley and Salty Blue for your next home stay in Kalbarri.

Stayed here over the long weekend. Was last minute and Raymon was extremely friendly and helpful. We were driving from Perth so arrived late but the place was easy enough to find and flexible to check in late. It is in an ideal location if staying in Kalbarri and is walking distance from the river. It was also great that we were able to bring our 6month old puppy with us as there was a nice fenced outdoor area for her to play. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is in a great location with a beautiful view of the river. It is conveniently located next to the IGA supermarket and in walking distance to most of the attractions and shops. The house was well equipped in the kitchen but there are no supplies in the bathroom. The only thing to consider with this house in the noise of the generator or fridge from the shops. It is very noisy and is right outside the bottom bedroom window.

Absolutely perfect for us! We have been traveling to Horrocks for a long time and are stoked we have found this place to stay as an alternative to the caravan park homes ect. The location was fabulous, the house was comfortable and well set up!

Great place, great location. Can definitely recommend. If anything to mention it would be the slow WiFi, but other than that: we liked it a lot!

Well presented, stylish and clean villa with everything you can think of to make your stay easy including little touches such as dishwasher, cling wrap and washing powder. Rooms are spacious as is the living area. Great range of kitchen utensils and large fridge. Outdoor area is relaxing and pool is a great way to cool off after a long day. location is fantastic and we walked and rode to the beach, shops and cafes.

It’s better than the pictures. The location is excellent; within easy walking distance to the pub, tavern, the bakery, the Upstairs restaurant and and Finlay’s. And the view .... it’s outstanding. The locals are very helpful and friendly but if you’re travelling in 2020, and don’t want to bother cooking, you need to book restaurants in advance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Dianne again, and again.
