Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Shinjuku

We had a wonderful stay at Chihoko's loft. The supermarket ("OK market") outside is huge, as convenient as it gets! You're 1 subway stop away from Shibuya. The Sangenjaya station (also nearby) is a major hub, servicing express and local trains, and offers many restaurant and shopping choices with local suburban flair. My family was particularly fond of a pedestrian, green space walkway ~4 minutes north on foot. The green space spans many miles and showcases an authentic "slice of life" of suburban Tokyo. Recommend to walk it early evening, 5pm onward.

There isn't enough space on this review to say how incredible this property was for me and my family. We came to Japan just in time for the cherry blossom season and the neighborhood is packed with cherry blossom trees in every which way you walk. The property itself was perfect for me and my family of four with extra space had we wanted to bring anyone else along. June has thought of everything in designing this space. From everything listed in the amenities to heated floors and ample outdoor space throughout, we felt like we could truly stretch and have our own space after a day of walking through the crowds of Japan. We had the privilege of meeting June in person and chatting with her, we learned so much and she also sent us great recommendations after for local eateries and such. If you are lucky enough to be able to book the space, do it asap. I guarantee it will exceed all of your expectations. We are planning on coming back to Japan and will be booking with June again!

Yuki’s place was perfect. Very nicely presented and very clean. The area and building were very safe in a peaceful neighbourhood. Very close to the train station which was very convenient with nice restaurants nearby. Yuki had great communication, was very responsive and allowed us to drop our bags off early. Would definitely return again and recommend to others.

The airbnb is located in a safe and quiet area, while two metro stations in its walkable distance. Multiple metro lines in those two stations made it easy to travel to the different places in Tokyo. The room is clean and has everything needed for the stay. The host was friendly and responsive.

Great stay in a very central part of Tokyo (8 mins from Nippori Station), but still very quiet and peaceful. The house is small, but very clean, tidy and comfortable. We were 6 people and it was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings with an umeshu and snacks. We would definitely come back. Thank you Yoshito!

Tanaka is an incredible host, and everything is exactly as described. We (2 total) stayed at this Airbnb for 4 nights, and have absolutely zero regrets. The unit is compact, but very well thought out, with everything having a place and extremely well laid out. The neighborhood is also top notch. While definitely on the more expensive side in terms of restaurants, you can also find places serving great meals at affordable prices. About a 7 minute walk from the metro, and very easy to get around should you be exploring other neighborhoods. If you’re looking for a quiet but convenient neighborhood with great shopping/restaurant options, this is your place. Lastly, Tanaka was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond in so many ways, from recommendations on where to eat, activities, luggage assistance, and even laundry, which is such a huge help (especially as you’re coming to the end of a trip). 10/10 - so happy we found this place and will certainly rebook on our next visit!

Me quedaría aquí otra vez sin dudarlo. Buena comunicación, muchas tiendas cerca, cafés cerca, tranquilo, limpio, fue un buen lugar para nuestro grupo de 7 personas, sobraba espacio! Gracias por la comunicación y por permitirnos dejar nuestro equipaje por horas extras!

We had a lovely stay with Keiko. The apartment was well-stocked, spacious and very conveniently located for exploring Tokyo.

Beaucoup de confort, quartier calme mais proche de restaurants etc, peu de bruit. Tout le confort nécessaire: des prises pour vos téléphones, tout l’équipement qu’il faut, même un fer à lisser :) Tout était très propre, très accueillant, juste ce qu’il faut pour 5 personnes c’était parfait. J’espère revenir un jour ! Excellente communication avec Norio et Kanae, qui répondent vite et sont très arrangeants. Un grand merci à vous pour ces attentions et tout ce que vous avez prévu pour nous : parapluies, équipement, chocolats, eau… 👌🏼👍🌸
