Located on a hill with a good view, you can overlook the scenery of Nara from the veranda and the second floor windows. We created a clean and comfortable space with the image of a home where you can stay as if it were your own. There are 4 rooms, each with 2 single beds. 15 minutes by cable car from Torii-mae Station, a 10-minute walk, to Ikoma Mountain Amusement Park, the night view of Osaka from the top of the mountain is so good that it was certified by the "COOL JAPAN AWARD 2019". In addition, the approach to Horyu-ji Temple, which starts right next to the house, has restaurants with good views, so you can enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere. The early morning walk is very refreshing. Ikoma Station is a 10-minute walk and is a convenient station with 4 lines. There are hills and stairs from Ikoma station, so if you have large luggage, I recommend taking a taxi from the station (about 700 yen) 10-minute walk to supermarket, department store, and restaurants. This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

You have a great nice view of the city of Nara and Ikoma. from the balcony of 2nd,3rd floor. The 2nd floor bed room catches the morning sun ,birds voice . Ikomayama-mountain itself is a power spot . And a place where you can receive power from the ancient city of Nara. So "Kerinosu" is a power spot! You can drink enough tea -Tochucha-from my garden ,I dried is delicious &good for your health. Receivable a healing exercise that is a meditation mixed Kerinosu- yoga movements if you like.

[Best location to Kyoto&Osaka]Private House

It is lent to private house (capacity for 5 ppl). There is no parking. 5 minutes walk from Neyagawa-shi station. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk, and other convenience stores are within 5 minutes walk. Home door is an auto lock key with a surveillance camera. It is near from station but neighborhood is quiet for residential area, and as it is an old Japanese wooden building, it is not very soundproof. Partying is prohibited at this facility. We hope you can stay calmly and relax.

The Host and his wife are very welcoming!We were shown around the room, bathroom and kitchen as soon as we checked in. The yard of the house is also very beautiful. The room is large and comfortable. We are provided with clean towels and mineral water every day. The Host's wife also helped us wash our clothes. She is very warm and greets us🥹 every time we return home. I am very touched to be able to stay in such a good house!

Kang and his family are absolutely incredible. As someone visiting Japan for the very first time, I was blown away by how warmly they welcomed me — they truly made me feel like part of their family. Their home is not just an Airbnb; it’s a haven of comfort and coziness, so much so that I often had to remind myself I was a guest, not a longtime friend staying over. While it’s a bit of a walk from the station — mostly uphill — trust me, it’s completely worth it for the experience you get. From spending a joyful day together at the park to going out of their way to drive me to the station when it rained, their kindness and generosity shone through every interaction. Leaving was genuinely bittersweet, but I know without a doubt I’ll be back.
