Vacation rentals in Shibata, Shibata District

Our stay with a family of four, two of them being kids, was so wonderful. We were amazed at how clean everything was. I especially loved the extra attention to detail like a large humidifier (we happily used each night,) a drinking water dispenser, and lots of great recommendations. We had a very nice time. Mostly ate in and enjoyed the very well stocked kitchen.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and polite.I had a relaxing time with peace of mind😊😊😊

We stayed with 2 adults and 6 children (5-2 years old). It was a renovated, very stylish, and relaxing space. The futons are also clean, and for the mattress I had a nice rest without worrying about falling. The bath is also spacious and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also provided. It was very helpful that they prepared makeup remover and facial cleanser. There were more than enough other amenities. Sound level meter?There were some, but there was no problem with the usual, and on the contrary, the children were careful because they could see them lol (I was also able to easily give the children warnings lol) The whole house was very clean and pleasant. The location and parking lot were also carefully described, so I was able to get there without getting lost. There are also several supermarkets and family restaurants about 10 minutes away by car.A convenience store is also less than 5 minutes away by car. Above all, I was very relieved by the kind message. I would like to stay again if I go to Miyagi.

Pros: nice and clean log cabin, with plenty of space and beds, working utilities (water, heater, showers), good value, host was helpful and stayed 45 minutes past checkout time to accommodate us, guided us back to our exact location from the office Cons: difficult to find the management office, the place is out of the way, while the host is very very nice, he was slow to respond as he does so through email.

Everything is perfect for those who like the outdoors

Outstanding place - one of the best I’ve stayed in via Airbnb. Excellent value to have a whole little Japanese house to yourself in a quiet area on the top of a hill. It’s the little things that all add up to make this special: clear translated instructions on all the electronics, all you need to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, Japanese his & hers robes you can wear with diagrams on how to tie the knots in the traditional fashion, free washing powder for the laundry machine, and more. Bed is a futon style mattress on the floor and extremely comfortable - I am a very finicky sleeper and often have problems but not here. The cherry on top is the free use of the e-bike - there’s not much to do in Onagawa (which is why I went there, wanted to go somewhere “real” and non touristy) and there’s only so much you can see on foot. With the bike I had two splendid rides through the countryside / hills and around the bay - it was really a special experience. Hosts are amazing & helpful!

I was able to spend very comfortably. When I asked questions, I received a reply within a few minutes, and there was no inconvenience at all. It will be a highly recommended facility.

They were inexpensive and helpful It was nice to be in the hot spring.

We were not going to make it to the accommodation until later in the evening. We let the host know and they were very responsive and understanding. Given the directions from the host and using Google maps, it was very easy to find even in the dark. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Western toilet and in ground bathtub were a plus. We didn't stay long but we definitely enjoyed it!
