Very nice location. Beautiful interior, felt right at home. The area has a lot of restaurants, pubs and beautiful sights with the charm of the old town. Everything in walking distance or easily accessible by car. The Host is very nice and responsive, explained everything there is to know about the apartment. Will definitely stay there again if I ever need a comfortable place in Podil.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to have a good stay. The host was always responsive if we ever had any questions, very kind. Check-in and checkout are very easy, which is a huge plus. And the location is just perfect, right in the city center with everything you need within walking distance. Thanks so much to Igor for hosting us! I recommend it without hesitating!

Apartment great, spacious ta clean. Oksana is a very nice and polite host. She went to meet us, and allowed a late check-in, found an exit, how to hand over the keys. I was wondering if we needed anything else. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Recommended

The apartment corresponds to the photo. Very cozy, you can see what was done for yourself. We rented during the New Year's holidays, the apartment was also decorated with New Year's decor. The garland on the fireplace is just the main and very atmospheric decoration. Separately, I want to highlight the recreation area with a large sofa, you don't want to climb from it, you can stay stuck for a long time =) The bathtub is large and nice, the boiler is installed, so the hot water will not run out. Large jacuzzi and space for candles for ambiance. The kitchen has everything you need to cook yourself, there are enough dishes and even a dishwasher. Overall clean, cozy, lots of space, high ceilings, auxiliary appliances, including a dryer, a nice "ambient light", a large wardrobe for things and lots of hangers. There is a possibility of parking in the yard. Elena is a responsive, pleasant person. I met, answered questions and actively offered to solve the problem. Definitely recommend! If possible, I would like to rent this apartment again

What a great place to spend the weekend. The view from the top is spectacular. Be sure to check it out at night. The pool is heated and surreal on the 33rd floor. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely book again! Super hosts! Thank you for the opportunity to experience a nice distraction from reality. Slava Ukraine and here’s hope for better days.

The space looks like it's in the photo. In general, the settlement is convenient, we were helped to find a house (because it is still a closed residential complex), together with the owner (or administrator) we inspected the apartment before the settlement. Lovely neighborhood, small but comfortable apartment with everything. The only thing I have to note is that, I understand, in order to save heating the boiler was kicked to a minimum, which I learned about when I already lacked warm water. To everything else without complaints. Thank you!

Vilktor’s apartment is the best place to stay in Kyiv! It is great from inside, and also in a super great location in the middle of the downtown, and has a bomb shelter under the building, and also a big battery charger to be used as a power station if the electricity went off! It’s really the best place to stay!

Nice apartment on the 15th floor, not far from the very center (15 min walk). You have access to the 30th floor to a unique rooftop garden, a wonderful view of Kyiv. The apartment has everything for cooking, a coffee machine. Large area, easy to accommodate 4 adults. New TV, expensive appliances, plumbing. Nice renovation. The apartment is warm. Indoor parking in the residential complex is optional (check the availability).

Nice and large house, a large area there is a place to sit, a barbecue area, only not a grill, which may not be convenient for anyone. Near River, Full Sleeps 8! There are dishes, glasses, and glasses and everything is as if everything is fine, but you want more cleanliness of the dishes. Dirty trash. There are a lot of drawers in the kitchen a little dirty and not all closes well, there is not enough table in the house at least a folding one to sit by the fireplace. We stayed with a small group with children, I liked everything, the house had everything you need for a vacation. A beautiful house, the entourage of the parent cottage, quiet, next to the river. I liked that there are grates, we did not worry about the children (4 and 5 years old), although for the very small ones there are many stairs, even the potty was in the house. Plenty of space to relax in the yard.
