Family-friendly vacation rentals in Shëngjin Beach

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) The balcony and the view from it are just wow! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! This is a very cool place. We recommend it to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm started and we were not at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! I had such a great time with my family, and definitely recommend to everyone who wants a quiet and peaceful home.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

We had great stay at the house, house is big and comfortable, well maintained, plenty of parking space which can be an issue in some of the houses in Ada Bojana, terrace is great and it has a fence which is quite handy if you have small children or dogs. Place was clean, and had everything you need. Only downside was lack of water in peak hours (5-7pm) on some of the days, however its an issue with most of the houses on that side of the river due to the water supply. I would highly recommend the house for stay, probably one of the better ones I stayed in in that area.

it was nice clean and peaceful. The only problem is that the road takes a long time, or if you want a relaxing holiday away from the center of Montenegro, the camping style is the perfect place

The apartment is at great place in proximity of all important things at Ada Bojana. Easily accessible by car with parking, but also by foot. The apartment is small but it’s beautiful decorated and new, with all amenities you need. There is also a porch, that you can’t see in photos, outside where you can sit in the evening and enjoy. And the highlight for us were the hosts which were incredibly responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We are looking forward to next year at Hakuna Matata!

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

We stayed this summer and it was amazing. The house is way bigger than the pictures make it seem. The kitchen area has all the utensils as well as things for cooking! There were seven of us and we didnt get on each others nerves :D totally recommend it!

Every thing it was very good. Comfortable,clean and cozy. Very pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.

The place was great. The pool and the view are fantastic. Kol even let us into the accommodation at 2 AM and was always easily accessible. The location is also very relaxed, you can get to the lake, to Shkodra and is also quickly in the Albanian Alps from here. Overall, a very nice vacation and a perfect place for those who don't necessarily want to end up in a tourist hotspot and a generic apartment. We'd love to come back :)

We really enjoy our stay at this cozy and clean house. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains, clean swimming pools. The local kitties came to visit. The only negative is that without a car it will be inconvenient. The city, shops, entertainment and the sea are a little far away. 15 minutes by car. Thanks for the hospitality!

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

The place is just fantastic as well as the host! We had an issue with the shower and it was completely replaced with a new one within a day. Exact instructions helped us to quickly find the place. The villa is gorgeous and the air is amazing, I slept like a baby here. The place is located on the hill so mind moderate physical exercises daily!) After staying here I started envisaging moving to Montenegro fo a while. Thanks to Boris and Vukiza for their hospitality and perfect service!
