I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Susan is an outstanding host! She’s so sweet, professional, helpful and genuinely thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made my experience a 10/10. My stay was quick but efficient and this was the perfect spot for that. Yes, like everyone else said the upstairs neighbors are doing the most all the time, but I just turned up the tv and it didn’t bother me. If you’re looking to be unbothered you should probably book a whole house. Otherwise the place was very tidy, comfortable and had everything I could need. I would recommend parking on the street just because it’s easier to access the unit with belongings! Thanks Levon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless and well stocked with essentials. It’s centrally located to many attractions like the Railroad Park and Sloss Furnaces. I loved that Publix was across the street and there were quick eateries on the same block. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

It was a amazing place to stay while we were in town!!!! My family loved it and Kelly was awesome to us she was a great host!

Pam's place was great! It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and walkable to Cahaba Brewing and some breakfast places. One of the smoke detectors went off (dying battery), and Pam showed up within minutes—unbelievable! We enjoyed her hospitality while she was there! Pet-friendly was a bonus. We were in town for our son's wedding and got to spend time with our grand dogs; there was even a bed and basket of toys!

A wedding brought us to the area, and Dawns place was perfectly located!! We loved the spacious yard, quiet environment, and wonderful amenities. The fire pit was much needed since we were visiting on a cold weekend in December!

The Treehouse is a great mansion in a great location in Birmingham! Its rooms are all great and the entire long weekend was superb! Renny the owner/operator has got it workin’ right!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.
