The basement apt. provided a clean, comfortable place to stay. It resembled its pics closely. The living room / dining room / kitchen space was large, as was the bathroom (not tall though). There was easy access and parking. The bed was too soft for our taste, but perfect for those who do like a cozy bed. It was a good homebase for our travels in Birmingham.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

Everything was great! It was very luxurious and extremely comfortable. It was truly a home away from home. We also loved the pool and appreciated all extra towels and even things for the dishwasher as well as items to help clean. Me and my family will most definitely be staying again!

Great location for enjoying downtown. Host is very proactive with communication and quickly responded to any questions I had. The space does match the description and felt clean. Great pool area and view of baseball stadium. Very reasonable check-out instructions. My points of emphasis: - Pay very close attention to check-in instructions and park in the right spot - It is downtown and the noise is a factor - The host’s communication is quick and helpful- very friendly!

Great apartment in newer community. Great unit if you are traveling with a dog, dog area is right out side of room. Clean and nicely furnished, would stay again.

We rented this Airbnb because it was close to our wedding venue. The place is absolutely gorgeous! I loved the sheep, laying on the hammock, and just the quiet surroundings. I plan to return again one day for a quiet weekend getaway with my now husband! I honestly didn’t want to leave!

Stewart's place looked just like the photos and was cozy. We were there for a wedding nearby, and this was a great place to come back to both nights and relax and play Scrabble. The bed was very comfortable! The setting is really beautiful and peaceful.

A GEM of a place! I stayed for one night with my baby and puppy. This is an incredible airbnb for a family to stay! The nursery had toys that my son thought were put there just for him (it really felt that way!) I didn't have to pull out our travel crib because THERE IS A CRIB! The hosts were very helpful and available and accommodating. Luxurious linens, comfortable furniture and beds. Stunning neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

This home was perfect for two families with kids. The pool area was clean and relaxing during our down time. It was easy to get back and forth to Hoover for baseball, but what an added benefit of being quieter than a hotel for the same price. The kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living areas all had everything we could ever need with plenty of towels for pool and bath. The swing suite in the garage got a lot of use as well, and was a thoughtful added benefit to this home for entertainment. We’ll definitely stay here again next year if we return for baseball. I would absolutely recommend this home for guests who want a home-like feel with great shared space and lots to do!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay for our daughter’s wedding. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Sonny was incredibly responsive to all our questions and special requests, which made everything even smoother. Our daughter and son-in-law will be living here, so we’ll definitely be coming back to visit. Highly recommend!
