ONLY AGE 16+ A lovely bright and modern extension that is fitted to high spec. The space has light, modern decor and is cosy. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family. The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The accommodation is a privately accessed self contained studio space in the basement of a family home. The Studio opens onto a south facing garden with mature trees. There is a covered patio space. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is available on street. Nether Edge is a pleasant suburb less than 3 miles from the city centre which has good local cafes, shops and pubs. It is well served by public transport with buses into town and out into the Peak District of Derbyshire.

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

Aster Studio is on a residential road in central Hunter’s Bar. 2 minutes walking distance to Sharrow Vale Road’s colourful independent cafes, shops and ventures; as well as Endcliffe park and the entrance to the Porter Valley. The flat has a private garden, and is lovingly decorated, quiet, and clean. It is my parents’ guest home, because they live abroad.

Eva's home was basically my dream Airbnb: a private suite upstairs, spaces downstairs shared with a super-friendly and knowledgeable host, and the SWEETEST cats. ❤️ Eva's love for her home and her pets is evident in every corner of the house, and she makes you feel right at home too. I feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Eva's and spend half my time there petting Merlin the cat (who is as magical as his namesake). If you are a single female traveler who loves cats, you could not find a better Airbnb in Sheffield. Thank you, Eva (and Merlin and Poppy)!

This is a beautiful home. I could park my bike in the garage, walk to the Botanical Gardens which is literally on the other side of the road! There were little informative and helpful notes for guests re: use of the kitche and wifi etc. Everyhing was easy and super well communicated. Shelley was fabulously helpful; she 'rescued me' when I forgot my keys at her house and didn't realise until I had gotten to the station. She drove them to me when I got lost trying to retrace my steps! Thank you so so much!

A serene and peaceful place which looked exactly like the photos. You would feel at home right away. Town is 30 min walk and the hills only a 15 min drive. Perfect for a town and country break. Lucy was very friendly and welcoming.
