Very friendly and responsive host. The area felt like a little bubble of peace. Apartment was also clean and hats off to Maya for the Interior design. The Air quality is also a lot better from what you would expect from Dubai. If you want to break away from the chaos of Dubai this is the place Looking forward to come back when I’m back in Dubai!

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. One of the best places and the best stuff very professional company managing this place and it is really first class. If you wanna be on first class you need to book with those people. It is very nice. You are so luxury apartment are so luxury everything is so luxury, including stuff how they treat and how they speak Specially there is one Filipino lady there was so nice to us and to my family. ❤️

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and really comfortable furniture. Aicel greeted me in the lobby, and showed me the apartment. Overall, the hosts were very responsive. As mentioned in the description, there's a construction site across the street but I didn't experience any disturbances. Overall, very positive experience, absolutely deserves a 5* star review!

Das war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten, das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr groß, hatte 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war alles super sauber und sah aus wie neu. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Rooftop Pool mit Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym und bis zur Dubai Mall sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. The apartment was absolutely stunning—brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with a full, unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa. Being on a very high floor made the experience even more special. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight—relaxing with such an incredible skyline around you is unforgettable. The host, Cosy Corner, was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai!
