This place is super convenient! It's close to bus stops and MTR, with plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Famous spots like Ladies' Market and Jordan Street/Mong Kok are within walking distance. Highly recommended! Peter also provided detailed directions on how to get here, which was really helpful. 😊

I was worried that Hong Kong was a small house, but it was fully accessible for 5 people. The bathroom was a little narrow, but it seemed like an unavoidable part. The close distance to Chung Saa-dong and the 24-hour restaurant nearby are also advantages. I liked that the pillows weren't high, and I liked that the bed was firm, but I think this will vary from person to person. The kitchen was a bit of a shame (please change the pots and cups..) There is a transformer Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'm going back!

Best place to stay right in the middle of the hustling and bustling area of Mongkok. Endless shops and restaurants which opened till late. Bus stops and MRT stations within walking distance made travelling around Hong Kong super accessible. The apartment itself was clean and enough room for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and overall a really pleasant stay! Thanks Gordon!

It’s great to stay here! The apartment is clean and very convenient, just located up above the MTR station! All the essentials you needed are ready in the house. The shopping mall underneath included supermarket, restaurant, Taito Station (Japanese game centre), we have fun here after visiting our family☺️ Hope we can stay here again during next holiday visit to Hong Kong!

David's place was amazing 🤩 Clean, tidy and in a great location! Quite spacious as well! Best location to stay, right in the heart of Mongkok. Only drawback was that it was quite cold (we were there in January), but David was responsive and we found an electric heater in the flat.

Lisa was very helpful and prompt with her responses to our inquiries. She even allowed us to do an early check-in at no extra cost, and provided us some tips on how we can store our luggages upon checkout. Internet was excellent, so was security in the place. Every room has its own airconditioner, even the living room. The place was quiet (higher floor), and it is beautifully situated near major landmarks. The Kubrick bookstore and Don Don Donki are walkable. Lots of food places nearby. Thanks, Lisa!

This is a great, super-central apartment in Mong Kok, close to transit, restaurants, shops, markets, everything. The apartment isn't huge, but having three bedrooms and two bathrooms in central Kowloon is very rare, and ideal for a family group. The AC units in each room worked very efficiently to keep us comfortable, and Alice is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Located near Mongkok MTR Station, the house is conveniently located in the heart of Hong Kong.The host gave us a very clear list of the self check-in process and steps, it felt a little like treasure hunting, and there was a little bit of accomplishment at the end of the stay. The room is a sofa bed, a total of two single beds, two double beds, one bunk bed, especially suitable for a family or a large number of travelers, very good value for money. Although the room is not big, it is already very loose in Hong Kong, and it is not crowded for 8 people, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and shower dry and wet, the accommodation experience is also very good. The place to stay is centrally located, so it's easy to walk to nearby dining and shopping malls, making it a great choice for a larger number of travelers!

Clem's house is very good, everything is there, very good value for money, the host is very patient, the guide map on the floor is very detailed, as soon as I get out of Sham Shui Po Exit A, it is just a few steps away, the house is large, all kinds of equipment and facilities are available, and the family is very convenient to get around.Next time I go back.There is a dog called QQ who is cute and will let you remove your shoes!Also helped us to hire a car to go to the airport, also discounted, perfect trip, perfect host

Great place but tiny tiny tiny bathroom. It’s certainly not like western bathrooms but it served its purpose and I made it work. The location and size of the place cannot be beat so I definitely would recommend this place for couples/friends or family traveling together. The stairs are no joke. A 3 story walk up in there isn’t bad but with a large 50lb luggage, it can be rough. All that to say, I would stay here again. I traveled as a solo female and felt very safe even returning late at night. I loved that it’s near the wholesale fruit market and I feel like it’s a unique part of Hong Kong everyone should see.

Nice place, budget friendly, small space but its HK! So dont expect 😍 host is kind. Accomodating. Just along the ladies market. Very accesible to mtr, foods stalls. Shopping.

Very clean place, have your own privacy, near everything (4mins away from the station), a lot of restaurants near it, the host is very responsive and it’s safe ! I also recommend it for solo travelers !

Decided to have last minutes trip to visit HK, and found Matthew’s place. Matthew and the partner are all very friendly and responsive ! Hotel is very clean, and bed it’s just too good to sleep compared to my previous experience in HK ! Bed is surprisingly big ! And it is walkable distance to Tsam Shui Pou MTR station, there’s convenience store and dobby shop nearby ! If you were to experience HK locals lifestyle, have a morning walk in the market, JST Hotel might be your first choice ! Thanks Matthew and Marco for giving us a very good experience, will def be back again !

Gave us an upgraded windowed room with a double bed and a single bed and the A/C was fierce, hahaha.Good value for money, right near Hollywood shopping mall, we also ate a two-person package nearby, very good!
