Has a full bath, TV, own AC, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, a 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things you need to cook your food. You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio

Comfy 3 Bdrm Home Close to Strip/Nellis/Speedway

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

The outdoor area features a spacious pool surrounded by a stone deck, with a comfortable hot tub adjacent to it. Lush palm trees and desert landscaping enhance the setting, while the two-story structure provides a backdrop of residential architecture.

Private casita with queen bed, nightstand and closet space, private bathroom, private entrance, and access to nice backyard (through side gate) Please be advised that the entire Pool/SPA area is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated. Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.

New home in gated high-end community. 8 luxury high end quality queen beds, 6 bedrooms, huge kitchen, large living room, dining room, 3.5 bathrooms, Casita included in rental is a separate living area from the main house, included in the count of rooms and beds. Close to the strip and the motor speedway, about 12 minutes for both locations. We operate several houses inside the same community, amenities differ from house to house. Our pool table is being repaired.
