Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I can only recommend this place clean, super functional and tastefully decorated. It is very well located close to the Vatican City in a quiet alley. So, we were able to visit everything on foot as we wanted: the Chateau St Ange, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Circus Maximus, the Via del Corso .... And of course, the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and (on other occasions because we were there the week of the pope's death) St Peter's Cathedral (visit replaced by the magnificent Cathedral Ste Marie Majeure). And if you don't like walking, there are a lot of bus lines nearby. Finally, there are a plethora of highly rated restaurants nearby. In short, I am delighted to have chosen Laura and Lorenzo's place for this stay in this breathtaking city of beauty.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

A huge thank you to Maria for her warm welcome. We booked the accommodation the day before for the next day and arrived in this charming little house, impeccably clean, comfortable, with a private parking space. She also provided us with valuable tips to get to the center of Rome easily and hassle-free. We will remember this property to recommend it to our loved ones but also to come back! We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time because the apartment is in a perfect location. It's very easy to walk to visit the sights of Rome. Francesco also gave us some great restaurant tips. He is very responsive and has always been able to help us to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

The accommodation is located in a small, very quiet subdivision, close to everything we needed. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for this stay. I would highly recommend
