Morched is a wonderful host that takes pride in his charming villa. He answers promptly and super professional. The villa is spacious, clean and filled with lovely touches to make it feel Like a home And not an air Bnb listing. Great distance to major shopping and restaurants and an amazing backyard to enjoy the outdoors. There’s even an area to bbq Grill and sit and dine outsides. Lovely olive trees as well! Just perfect. Please don’t hesitate to book here. We will stay here any time we visit Sfax. Thanks Morched!

Pictures are exactly the same. The location is perfect along a main road, supermarket directly below, bread shop, cake and ice cream store and also food shops along the road. Apartment is very spacey and lot of light during the day. I stayed with my little son and would definitely stay again and definitely recommend staying at Sameh apartment. The apartment is serviced by a lift and 24 hour security cameras.

Mehdi was a very kind person. Even his dad picked me up at the louage station to go to the apartment, which is just like the photos. Very comfortable. It has everything you need for a flawless stay. Many markets around. Highly recommended.

I felt at home in this apartment in the city center and quiet. Traditional design and construction, it stays cool even when it's hot. Simple, convenient and comfortable, it has everything you need to cool off when you come home, work, cook, and sleep well. There are all the necessary shops nearby, and just wait a few minutes downstairs to take a taxi.

Luxury apartment for rent for short term

Everything is OK so far, I did not use the kitchen because it was a bit dirty but otherwise clean. Unfortunately, the train that regularly, honking, boards over the rails 20 m opposite is not mentioned. Location also ok, by taxi in 10-15 min in the Medina. Radhy himself was very helpful, nice, friendly and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

Khalil was very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is spacious, has two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Its very well mountained. The best possibilities are for own car or rental car owners, because you can park on the territory, surrounded with a big secure fence. I would be happy to stay again in this place.

The entrance features a set of marble steps leading up to a spacious doorway. Potted plants are positioned on either side of the entrance, while a metal gate is visible in the background, allowing natural light to illuminate the area.

Great value! The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center and all the attractions. It's very comfortable and well-equipped. You already know from the name of the listing and from the other reviews that the apartment is noisy, so bring earplugs! Otherwise, easy contact with Hela, easy check-in and check-out with the lockbox! I recommend this location!

So close to the beach with a beautiful garden. Great place to get away and still be close to Sfax center.
