simple with everything you need- shower, small kitchen and AC ! I worked from here and the Wi-Fi dropped once but was good enough for video calls.

The place is really nice and private . No noise and close to the airport 10 min drive . Friendly staff

Lovely flat with a great view. Only the bedroom has air conditioning but we managed okay as the living room has a fan. Great and helpful host.

The best holiday of our lives! Eden Island in Seychelles is a truly lovely escape. The flat we rented from Georges and Christine was beautiful and luxurious, the marina buzzes with a relaxed atmosphere, and the views are simply stunning. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Seychelles. Highly recommended for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. Georges and Christine were fantastic hosts and fabulous people. We made very good friends with them and they help us with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday, we are very very grateful for all their help. The apartment was clean, beautiful, extremely well maintained and had an amazing view from the balcony. We are looking forward to returning next year for another beautiful and relaxing stay. Thank you so much Georges and Christine!!!

We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

Beautiful home, excellent location and right on the beach. The area is peaceful, scenic and perfect for relaxation. Swimming, snorkeling and kayaking just outside the back gate...... We had a great time and would love to go back at the earliest.

AMAZING! Mary is an amazing host! She was super flexible and supported us throughout. She super kindly gave us early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our flight. Her place is super clean, nicely furnished (it feels like home). The location is great in the south of the island, super close to nature and the most beautiful beaches. I would recommend getting a car so you can properly explore the island, it’s a 5min drive to amazing beaches. Mary also supported us to rent the car from the airport. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back!

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

A dream in the Seychelles! Our time at this Seychelles home was simply spectacular! Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size of the place – even for our family of four, there was more than enough space, which made the stay very pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the location: being right on the sea and waking up every morning with this incredible view was simply unforgettable. You could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze – pure relaxation! Many thanks to the local manager, Ronny. He was very nice and helpful and also prepared us a very tasty dinner one evening. Right at the property you can reach a beach via a path to the rocks. It's a little easier across the street. However, the nearby Beau Vallon beach is better for children. We highly recommend this property! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Didier was always responsive in communication before and during the stay. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles is a big plus 20 min walk with climbing but it gives a beautiful view. The house is 20 meters from a bus stop. The nearest breath is just missing in Anse Lazio. We sometimes took away for the evening. We also had to deal with his sister and nephew for the transfer from the port, who are also very friendly (they do taxi if needed) When you arrive at Didier's there is lunch for several days with the homemade jam which is delicious!! And we can even make a meal in the fridge. Plus fruit juices and fruit chips! Very convenient also the mineral water dispenser with a large bottle of about 10l that gives fresh water for tea or coffee (which is of course present at Didier's) If I go back to Praslin I would go back to Didier's. The home is beautiful, well-laid out, and so comfortable. It's incredibly clean, and John was so helpful and responsive! Seychelles is a dream location in every way: the beaches, the people, the colorful locale, the decor. And Eden Island really shows off all that is exquisite about Seychelles: from our private pool to the beach outside our door, to the buggy we could use to jot around the island, to the fitness center. And the home, which is so tastefully decorated. The host--John--was available whenever we needed. All in all, a really wonderful visit.

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. I recommend highly. thank you Edmund and team 💙

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our first vacation in the Seychelles. It's really heavenly and people are warm and respectful of their islands. We would like to introduce the Seychelles to our daughter and we will keep this address for a future opportunity and for our friends and family. We thank Brigitte and her daughter for their kindness and availability before and during our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. Many thanks to Jo and Douglas for allowing our family to spend 2 weeks in their lovely property. Only issue we had was not relating to the host but with the Eden Island Reception staff who do the check in. After a 16hr journey we were made to wait a bit too long to get into the property but once that was over it was smooth sailing from there on out.
