Spacious Holiday House Just 30m from the Beach This spacious holiday house is located only 30 meters from the beach. It offers three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. A 25m² furnished terrace with a BBQ and garden is perfect for relaxing. Parking for one car is available. A rocky beach is just below the house.

The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace featuring lounge chairs and a shaded seating area. The clear blue water reflects the sky above, and greenery provides a natural backdrop, enhancing the outdoor relaxation space.
