We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and perfect for a group of friends. The location by the beach and the private pool made it feel like a true escape. Anamarija and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and escape the hustle of the big city. We truly hope to come back one day!

We loved our time at Rosa’s house! Everything in the house was clean and new that even double-checked if we are the first tenants ever :) the fridge was full with many foods, which was were surprising and convenient: cheeses, meets, bred, fruits, milk etc. The sea is crystal clear and the sky is full of stars at night, olive and citrus trees give shade and calmness… great relaxing atmosphere. It is a slight challenge to drive up and down to the house, but it is expected if you want to stay close to the seashore. When you master it, there are plenty of store and restaurants in the nearby towns, Split and Krka are in less than 1 hour drive.

We spent a week with my family (2 and 3 year old toddler and a camass). All the n*****s were great!!! Vinka was waiting for us with a chilled apartment. She prepared us dinner in the fridge, made with freshly baked buns, and a bottle of wine:) The apartment was very comfortable for 5 people. It was clean,tidy and fully equipped (TV,air conditioning,fan, etc.), the kitchen had everything (hot sandwich maker, microwave, whisk…). During the week, Vinka was even nice to us with delicious cookies 😘 And when you leave, you'll be greeted with a small homemade sweet. Thank you so much for everything! Wonderful, thoughtful, kind host Vinka! I can only recommend it! The beach was very good, close,not many. Nice calm place Sevid.

The house is incredibly well-located! We were really by the sea, perfect location with the kids who could switch from the pool to the sea in 1 min! The house was perfect, everyone had their own space. It was perfect! Plus, there are plenty of things to do nearby and pretty cities to visit. I would highly recommend this home.

A charming little house very close to the sea, right by a small bay. Full of privacy and a lovely outdoor space. The view of the bay is beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming, and the house has everything you need. It’s also very clean. Thank you, and we hope to come back!

Our host was quick to respond and give us clear instructions how to check in. His housekeeper Jelena was waiting for us and she show us place and give us clear instructions where to park. She was very professional and friendly. Our place was extremely clean with breathtaking views. Apartment was supplied with everything you may need and more. It was updated and modern. It is located in small town with very friendly people. There is no grocery store in Ljubljeva but Marina has one and it is only 15 minutes drive. Im Ljbljeva you can buy fresh bakery products every morning around 10 am from a delivery truck. There’s a beautiful beach just down the stairs, It is very private not crowded. Water is cristal clear and swimming very enjoyable. We meet Konstantin on our check out day and he was very friendly and professional. We absolutely loved our stay at Konstantin’s place and Ljubljeva. FYI there is a lot of stairs from street to apartment and also from apartment down to the beach.

Perfect place for a silent retreat with family or friends. Located in a quite calm neighborhood. The pool and patio was perfect for hot days.

Hallo, the route as well as the last "feet" to the property are a little adventurous or strenuous. The fantastic view of the Mediterranean bay as well as the absolute tranquility compensate many times over !!! Here you can really "ground" and enjoy the seclusion. The supply of electricity and water is self-sufficient. The alfresco shower is a dream ! (but there is also one inside, but was never used by us) Sunny greetings C+S
