Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Severna Park

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Hôte très réactif par message et avec de bonnes recommandations. Petit point d’amélioration : les fenêtres ne disposent pas de vrais rideaux occultants, ce qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin (lever du soleil avant 6h00 du matin pendant notre séjour).

Great place to stay with my family - including little baby! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It had so many amenities and more! We only stayed one night so we didn't need everything, but this would be a great place to stay for short or long term. Appreciate all the things they had for babies like high chair in the closet and plates for babies. This is on a busier street so we did hear some cars at night but it did not disturb our sleep (or our 9 mo) at all. Highly recommend - these hosts go above and beyond! Thank you :)

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

A beautiful, elegant space with plush couches, super comfortable king bed and everything you could possibly need! Even extras like a fireplace and dual headed shower you can actually walk around in. The kitchen area was very well stocked and neatly layed out. Great location near so many things to do in Baltimore. Instructions were clear and things well labeled. We felt so well rested and had so much fun in the area. John was thorough with instructions and great to communicate with. If we have the chance to go back Baltimore we’re definitely staying here! I’ve always wanted to stay in a city apartment with tall ceilings and (some) brick walls and it was just so lovely! 10/10!!!!!!

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

Joyce is a one in a million host, but more importantly, a one in a trillion person... I'm beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her and Nicole. The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was as described and was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I wish we had time to enjoy the views from the lake. John was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in the Riviera Beach or Pasadena area. It was close to everything we needed during our stay including the airport.

Danielle’s place was the perfect spot for a short getaway. While it’s on the smaller side, it was comfortable and worked out great for two people and our two dogs. We didn’t spend a ton of time indoors, but we loved relaxing by the outdoor fireplace in the evenings, such a nice touch! It’s about a 20-minute drive to downtown Annapolis, offering the best of both worlds: close to the city, but a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

The home is cozy and quiet. The waterfront view is beautiful. There is plenty of space to spend time together and private rooms to have time alone. The deck and screened porch are perfect places to unwind. All bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with linens, and the kitchen is well stocked. The host responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful.

What a beautiful little spot of heaven at the end of the long driveway nicely tucked back with orioles, bunnies and even two kitties running around outside, inside is the so quaint and comfy and clean. The view out the windows gave peace and the fireflies at night were so cool. Stanley went above and beyond to be accommodating on our trip and his place is top notch. 10/10 would stay again

Wow, what a place!!!!! Everyone could be so lucky to not only stay here but have such a wonderful host as Beth was for us! The home is a little slice of paradise for anyone wanting to just decompress, relax and also enjoy the water and abundance of nature surrounding this home. From the inside being spotless, comfy to the amazing yard and views, this property is better in person in every way. Thank you for hosting us Beth, we loved it!!!

The location was unbeatable. sipping tea by the water in the morning and watching kayakers and boats sail by, the peaceful sound of the waves and view made every moment magical. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Our host was responsive and kind. Whether you are looking for romantic getaway, family vacation or place to unplug and recharge, this waterfront home is perfection.

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this charming home. Not good for someone with mobility problems since bathrooms are up and down stairs so not on main entry way. Laundry and kitchen easy to use.

We had a great time once again staying here. It is just steps from the main gate of USNA and the downtown activities and restaurants. Caite was also responsive and very flexible with us and our needs.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
