In the middle of the idyllic Småland village of Katebo you will find the red house built in the 1930s. The house has several interior design details from the original period and subsequent decades. Some modernizations have been made like, for example, new shower room and fridge/freezer/stove. The living room, hallway and bedroom have undergone renovation. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!
