We had a great stay at Loredana and Lacopo's apartment! The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond with setting it up for us, down to details such as cold drinks in the fridge and fresh focaccia! You can tell they are passionate about what they do. It was nice to have a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Lacopo was very responsive in answering my questions about sights in the area and providing his recommendations. They were also very accommodating with our check-in, including allowing us to park our vehicle and storing our luggage until the apartment was ready for our check in. Would choose this apartment again if we came to the area!

We had a lovely time in Genoa. The apartment is located just outside, but is well connected to the bus network. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The underground parking garage was a little harder to find, but Roberto gave us detailed instructions on what to do.

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. The only problem if you are tall is the bed on the mezzanine... but once you "take the measurements" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay... We found neither maps of the city nor other information... So we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entry by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator... the switch is together with all the others!

First of all, I would like to thank Giulia and her husband for the wonderful welcome and the help they gave us to be able to leave our car safely in a free parking lot. In addition to this kindness, they left us coffee and cookies and other small groceries in case we needed them. Giulia's apartment is very clean and very well located in the historic center of Genoa which is very convenient to walk to all the cultural sites. It's also a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Giulia leaves a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants that are very close to her apartment. I highly recommend you try it. In the end, I would 100% recommend this apartment.

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. Very nice accommodation with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in the event of any problems. Really perfect. We'll be happy to go back. 😍

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive.
