The classic Banya No.1 experience, with Parenie at its centre. Begin with the hot–cold–rest–repeat cycle, moving between the steam room, cold plunge, bucket showers and your private table. During the session, an experienced Steam Master will perform Parenie using fragrant leafy veniks to work the steam around your body. Parenie gives the visit its unmistakable banya character: steam, leaves, skilled movement and a plunge afterwards that tends to make a very clear impression.

A three-hour banya experience combining Parenie with a scrub and Mud Mask. Follow the hot–cold–rest–repeat rhythm at your own pace, return to your private table between rounds and experience Parenie with an experienced Steam Master. A Honey & Salt or Coffee Scrub and Mud Mask add another tactile layer to the session. The result is an experience with plenty happening, but enough time to sit down, drink tea and avoid turning relaxation into a timetable.
