Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered either with a laying of the hands in person or remotely. During these one-hour sessions, Monique connects with ancestors and spirit guides and shares that information with her clients for greater self awareness.

Reiki has been shown to support animals with stress relief and reduction of anxiety; coping with illness and surgery recovery; and end-of-life care. Guardians are invited to participate in session to support their animals. During these sessions, animals share information that would be helpful for their humans to know for their physical & emotional well-being.
