This YOGA session is level specified. Depending on the level of the trainee needing to be trained, it will dictate the types of YOGA streches that will be done.. For example someone with a higher level of experience in YOGA will do a more advance stretch. While a beginner level would do a more moderate stretch ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!!!
