This 6 course dinner is paying homage to Thomas Keller taking the intimidation out of the kitchen to more relaxed and fun fine dining. Like the ceviche ice cream. No it’s not actually shrimp ice cream but it’s ceviche stuffed In a poppy seed cracker cone with avocado at the bottom. This menu brings fun and relaxation
