Alex is a wonderful person, and this experience has truly been one of the best parts of our trip so far. What more could you wish for than enjoying such a delicious and delightful platter of food, tasting authentic Italy right at your stay with an Italian chef 🤩 Alex and his mom prepared a beautiful multi-cuisine meal for us, thoughtfully accommodating both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Alessandro was absolutely fantastic. He came to our apartment and cooked four incredible pasta dishes plus a dessert, each one better than the last. He was understanding and patient when our flight was delayed. The portions were huge — we enjoyed a full feast on the night and still had plenty left for the next day. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. Alessandro made the whole experience feel special and effortless. Highly recommended.
