I feel terrible giving this review but I think it is important to give an honest review. The meal was a huge disappointment and our daughter whose birthday we were celebrating that night became very ill early the next morning. First off the person that came to cook was not Maxi but another woman named Sophie. She was half an hour late and came on her scooter with one bag. This was the first warning sign that things would not go well. Then we went shopping as she said the dinner would be ready in two hours. When we arrived back at the house she had a lovely table set with candles and the food set out. When I looked at the food it did not look right. This was not a gourmet meal but a meal that looked like it came out of a bag and jars. I was still hopeful it would taste good but sadly that was not the case. The Al Pastor tacos had a thick bright orange sauce, the fajitas were pale and sad looking. Everything was cold. Very, very disappointing.
