In Slow flow, we build heat gently through grounded, intentional movement. This class moves at a mindful pace, combining longer holds and fluid transitions to cultivate strength, stability and presence. Though the flow is slow, expect a powerful, heat building practice that challenges the body while calming the mind. Each class concludes with restorative postures, a soothing cool-down, and an extended savasana, allowing your energy to settle into a state of deep relaxation and balance.

Warm Vinyasa Yoga is an energizing flow set at 80 degrees Fahrenheit to gently warm the body and awaken your vitality. Beginning with Sun Salutations, the class unfolds toward a peak pose before easing into grounding stretches and a cooling savasana- a full-body experience of movement, breath and joy.
