The Feral Experience is a multi-modal framework that combines meditation, free writing, somatic movement, and Reiki to rewire the nervous system and reconnect you to your whole self. By moving through top-down and bottom-up pathways in a precise sequence, the method helps release stored patterns, build emotional resilience, and awaken clarity of purpose.

For 75 minutes, you get to let go. You’ll stretch out, close your eyes, and sink into stillness while I work hands-on and in your energy field—clearing blockages, melting stress out of your bones, and resetting your system from the inside out.
