The food was positively scrumptious!! Joshua made a wonderful meal and had a wonderful presence. We are so happy to have had him cook for us. The only points for improvement I have are on communication aspects. First, the pricing listed is not what it really comes out to be. That being said it is still well worth it, however, for those of us on a budget it is good to get clear pricing upfront. Second, which thankfully this didn’t interfere with anything on our end; we were booked for 6p.m. And I messaged Joshua around noon to see if he would be arriving at 6 or if it’d be a little earlier. He said that he would be arriving at 3. It’s totally understandable and necessary for prep time but a heads up would be helpful when planning multiple events in one day.

We had such a wonderful experience with our the chef! He was extremely kind, personable, and made the entire evening feel special and relaxed. He and his sous chef were both professional and engaging, and it was clear they truly care about their craft.
