I have been involved in Sound Therapy for years, organising meditative concerts, workshops, and offering individual sessions and massages. I learned to meditate with sounds of Tibetan bowls, quartz, gongs, native flutes with the help of various teachers and I realized that these instruments help us balance our physical body, calm our mind and see from another perspective our life processes. Meditation allows us to move the mind away from everyday life, during that moment it is possible to raise our consciousness with the feeling of rediscovering oneself and harmonizing ourselves. Each meditation is different because our transformation evolves with the rhythm of life. There are many ways to meditate but I have decided to share this one because it does not require experience, only opening the mind and heart to make it more effective.
