This house is super heated and cooled, surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees. The house is exposed to the south/west sun from morning until sunset, it is surrounded by majestic cypresses, an incredible, breathtaking view, it will surprise you!!! The Prenestini and Lepini mountains frame the immense valley of the Sacco river, an immense natural amphitheater, a place to spend holidays and weekends to regenerate, next to mother earth.🙏🖐 one hour from Rome. Not far from the Simbruini mountain park.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
