Vacation rentals with a pool in Serrekunda

Elegant tasteful apartment nice touches like dressing table with mirror storage baskets. Matching mugs my favourite colour too lol Appreciated the water and milk left for me. Felt like i could live there. Lovely security staff felt safe as a lone traveller. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and definitely stay again . We spent 3 weeks at this place for my sister’s wedding and the personalised welcome from Madame York and the team warmed our hearts. Truly a very beautiful place that’s had a lot of love put into it. Can’t speak highly enough of Madame York and her team. Modou was always reachable and an excellent communicator whatever issues we had we dealt with. The place is very clean I honestly looked out for roaches and could not find any! The décore is impressive and the kitchen is well stocked. Beds are massive and super comfortable. Place is right on the country’s main highway so there is a bit of noise pollution but the easy access and location made up for that easily for our stay. We felt very safe and the place is definitely secure enough for children and my nephews made sure they got in enough pool time. It’s a place we’ll definitely choose to stay at again.

We loved Antonia’s appt. It was spotlessly clean, had lots of storage space, a well equipped kitchen, modern decor and it even had a lovely, fresh fragrance as you walk in. I could definitely tell the appt. is hosted by a woman - full length mirrors, a decent hairdryer, and coat hangers that are actually suitable for dresses and strappy tops. It’s rare to get these simple things! Every single member of concierge, pool, grounds and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - a very short walk to a lovely, quiet beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a great bar and restaurant. Lots of other restaurants and bars are within a minutes walk but the appt. is tucked just enough away so you’re still very quiet and private. The pool and outside aesthetic is extremely nice - the appt’s terrace also gets the late afternoon sun which is lovely for when you get back from the beach/want a drink before heading out for the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Imagine, if you will, traveling to a foreign country during a pandemic, arriving at the black of night, hassled by shady immigration officers, and having no local money. Absolute nightmare, but then swoops in the angels of mercy-Lorraine and Roy! They arranged for their driver to collect us from the airport, AND paid for our visa and airport security fee. We did reimburse them. (Note: Bring only British pounds or Gambian dalasi! No cards or USD accepted.) When we arrived at their place, Lorraine brought us food so we wouldn’t starve in the night. Then the next morning, she and Roy both greeted us with big smiles and friendly advice. The place is a dream!!! There is a lovely petite kitchen with all one needs for simple meals, a tiled shower with plenty of hot water, and two clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outside space is an oasis. They have created a slice of paradise complete with a large clean swimming pool, lounge areas, an honor bar, and a thatched roof gazebo. Lorraine and Roy are a wealth of information, and they are quite the adventurers. Ask Roy to tell you about their adventures of crossing the desert—before the days of mobile phones, GPS, or roads. Put it this way—you’d be a fool to stay anywhere else!

The apartment was splendid

This is my third time staying here, and the place is great as always. It is extremely clean and well-kept. Both the host and the housekeeper go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very tidy, lovely and modern AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Perfect location as it is walking distance to the beach front and close to the restaurants and bars at Senegambia. The apartment complex has good facilities such as a restaurant,pool and gym. Sade is a great host and is there when you need her very helpful and responsive I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to enjoy a stress free holiday. Great experience!

Mr. Jatta Thank you for everything. The listing was better than the photos. Beautiflly decorated, spacious, and included a generous welcome package. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to warm takeout or to make a home cooked meal. The location was ideal. Senagambia nightlife is a short walk down the street. Sĥould I visit in the future; I would love to stay for an extended visit! Mr Jatta you are very special, thank you again.
