The apartment is small but nice and the balcony has a dream view of the sea. Check-in was super easy and the host responded super quickly to questions and helped. You can prepare simple dishes, basic dishes are available. The bed is comfortable and a good size. You can reach the old town in a few minutes, to the beach 15-20 minutes downhill (back up again). Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Beautiful location close to the beautiful and interesting town of Vasto and all the main amenities, a beautiful garden communicating with the sea. Beautiful terrace where you can eat and admire the coast and the overflow. Very kind and helpful hosts. We hope to be back!

Sara's apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from the sea, and from the center of Vasto Marina. Vasto can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable house with all comforts, we had a very good time.

Such a gorgeous place! This villa offers everything you need for a private getaway in forest. Tranquil surroundings, magnificent views, fresh citrus picked from trees, comfortable bed and they welcomed us with two dogs as well. It is only 10 minutes drive from closest beach and 8 minutes drive to town with fresh fish and vegetable market, great restaurants and amenities. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back! Giuseppe is great host, very helpful, fast responsive and makes you feel like at home.

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even found us a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also gave us a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Great experience!!!! Out of season, the place is suitable for those who love tranquility and bring their four-legged friends on vacation. Clean and well-maintained accommodation, complete with everything you need and even more, from children's games, to fresh drinks in the refrigerator, to products for a first meal and much more, courtesies that are not taken for granted. The Iamartino apartment is located in a beautifully renovated old town house in Borgo Antico. The location on Piazza Duomo is just great and the balcony offers a wonderful view of the square and the church. The apartment extends over steep stairs on two levels. The furnishings are well thought out, the equipment is new and functional, everything is spotless, and the bed is super comfortable. Host Marco does his job very well. Also: A small, fine stay in the heart of Termoli. We felt comfortable. Grazie!

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.

It was a positive experience that we won't forget. The house surrounded by greenery between the lake and the sea is an oasis of relaxation. The location is just perfect for exploring Gargano and walkable to the beach. Even though our host did not speak English, our first language, we were easily able to communicate with Google translate and she had clear instructions written out in 5 languages. That was so gracious and helpful. The casa is just as the description and photos indicate. Will definitely be back. If you choose to visit Mattinata, which we recommend you do, make sure to take a boat ride up the coast with Luna Rosa! Spectacular once in a lifetime experience!

I spent a week in this apartment with my family and we had a great time. Being in a residence a few meters from the sea is priceless. The apartment has everything you need, comfortable spaces and a terrace with spectacular views. I spent a week falling asleep with the sound of the sea, fantastic. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to experience 100% the sea, having it just a few steps away and not being crowded with tourists. The sea is very nice, this was also a nice surprise. Clean water and soft sand. A few minutes by car are shops, malls, restaurants, and everything you need. We were very satisfied and the landlady was very kind, very helpful and very specific.
