Vacation rentals in Sermoneta

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we very much enjoyed. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Good treatment and the house is beautiful

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Two really special nights in a unique house! We stayed with a group of friends in this beautiful property and immediately felt at home. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is perfect for sharing moments with friends or as a couple, with spaces designed to feel good together. A highlight? The indoor jacuzzi-style pool in the bathroom: a real private, comfortable, and reserved relaxation corner, perfect after a day with friends. A special thanks goes to Tony, the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was also my birthday, and with great care, he recommended a fantastic pastry shop. A gesture that I really appreciated and that made everything even more special. I highly recommend this house to those looking for an authentic, relaxing experience full of small gestures that make a difference. Thank you very much Tony, we will be back soon!

Emanuela and Roberto are great hosts with a great apartment. They were very helpful and welcoming at check-in making us feel right at home, The apartment is centrally located and secure with great views over the city. CasaZeta is perfect, well organized and clean, it is equipped with every comfort imaginable making our 9 night stay very enjoyable. Happy to stay here again if we are ever in Latina. One of the best properties we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a convenient location near metro, buses and some great restaurants. Apartment is modern and of a high specification. It also has a great balcony and sweeping views over the city. Strong air conditioning, which is a must in Rome in the summer. Quick and clear communication ahead of and during the visit.

La Spinosa was a beautiful house in gorgeous surroundings. Stefano, our host, was very responsive and he took care of us extremely well, even preparing a light lunch for us upon arrival. We couldn’t have asked for more. There are many things to do in the area, such as the medieval town of Sermoneta, The Gardens of Ninfa and many other sights within easy driving distance. When you return you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or go out to enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants and then return to lounge in front of the fire! The house is in the countryside surrounded by beautiful trees and fields. Your sleep will be very peaceful on the comfortable bed, in the silence of nature. The bed is large like a queen-sized bed and has a firm supportive mattress. It was also so helpful to have a parking spot just a few steps away from the house! We loved our stay at La Spinosa and hope to come back before too long. This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Thank you, Stefano.

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!
