Vacation rentals with beach access in Serang Regency

Clean, quiet because being upstairs is not disturbed by the surrounding residents who continue to offer the merchandise. Only two points I want to tell the owner for the apt: 1. The air conditioner in the room opposite the bathroom is leaking so we have to accommodate the water with a basin, and that is very disturbing to sleep at night because the water points that fall into the bucket are noisy all night and disturb activities in the room. overall cold air conditioning is fine 2. The water hose for the toilet is almost broken so it can't be used because the water springs everywhere. That's just a little put in from us. i recommend this apt if anyone wants to rent, it is facing a clean and spacious beach. There are many beds, in front of the guest room there is also a spring bed for those who want to sleep interspersed with waves. two sofas can also be used as a bed. Hopefully with the repair of the above issues can provide more perfect comfort for renters. Thank you so much Nick.

a great place to stay with family, the pool & room is clean, but unfortunately the shower water pressure is too small. overall is ok!

My family & I had a fantastic 1-night stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. The place was spotless—super clean and clearly well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. There was a minor issue with the water pressure, but the host handled it so professionally and even offered a kind compensation, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, I was allowed to extend my stay until sunset, which made the whole trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

The whole thing is satisfying. Clean well maintained, the air conditioning in the room is good, there is a barbeque place where the location guarantees the smoke does not enter the room, there is a shower to clean yourself from the sand and sea water back in the house. But it will be more perfect if the upper room is equipped with air conditioning and an extra bed is thicker or using a bed. Because when checking, the one above was hot and hard to sleep.

Awesome location, great for up to 10-ish people to stay comfortably. as a host myself I know how hard it is to keep up places at high humidity areas such as beaches or mountains. Hope you will do well in future endeavors!

A beautiful and cozy home with a spacious yard—my family absolutely loved staying there. The facilities and equipment were complete, including a grill and charcoal. The host was super responsive, which made everything even better. There's an AC in the main living area, and the beach is just 5 minutes away. If you're looking for a coral-free beach, it's about a 10-minute drive. Can’t wait to stay there again!

i wanna give some correction to security of pisita cluster, try to be more kind with guests.. and please inform to owner of pisita hotel, make a board to mention how much the price of ticket for swimming pool overall for the villa and villakeeper were very nice 👍 i will give more than 5 star thanks mr. syawal and mrs.cut

As long as staying in lippo carita there are rarely units that use air conditioning in living rooms, most only fans. In front of the terrace there is also a shower to rinse after playing from the beach, It's just a pity that I had a less pleasant experience with the guards in the unit called Pak AHDI, the phone is very difficult, the phone is not picked up many times, and other things that are not good at taking care of problems that happen like : 1. The gas on the stove runs out, when the phone is not on the spot and instead feels like you're leaving your hands. On the phone says : “Duuuh I'm in labuan, then how?” Then I also replied with regret : “How about that, it's your responsibility” It turns out the gas is filled at the beginning of my check in, but it turns out the filler is only a small, 3kg tube, the large gas canister from the start it's empty and not filled. 2. The main room air conditioner on the 2nd day is not cold, after the final report ny tomorrow morning came check, and there was a leakage of Freon. And I ask that you fix it, but Pak Ahdi instead asked me to complain to Pak Wibi (the owner). It's funny, even though it's his responsibility as a keeper just report to Pak Wibi. That's also very slow to act in the AC. 3. When I mao check out Pak Ahdi is not in place, when I call to let you know mao check out, he said “I'm interested, just stay okay.” Though I uda said “right ? if there's anything I'm not responsible.” And in the middle of the car trip uda mao enter the toll Pak Ahdi phone says that the AC remote in the living room is not there. The air conditioning remote in the living room is broken, it's on a hard press, the number on the remote is also not visible, I just set the air conditioner in the living room using a remote from another room. I told you “I didn't bring the air conditioning remote, and do I take the broken and rotten air conditioning remote?”, but Pak Ahdi still told me that the air conditioning remote is, and should it be reimbursed. One person who tries if it's like this, you already know the guest is checking out but the guard doesn't stay at the place to check all the supplies before the guest leaves. Guest uda left just said something was missing. Though mao's intention to give tip money, walopun ny Pak Ahdi service was disappointing, the end of my ny became lazy to give ny. I'll order you to buy a new air conditioning remote online and ask for an address for me to send. After all the stories to Pak Wibi, thankful for him to be nice, Sabar, and Bijak to respond to this issue. Too bad ny villa is nice and comfortable but the keeper is not good.
