I went with my family and had a good time. I played badminton in the spacious yard and jumped rope, and I had a happy time for the first time in a while. I was impressed that the space inside was so neatly organized! I especially liked the barbecue area~ As the season was approaching summer, there were a lot of flies, so that was a little disappointing. I'll visit again next time.

I travel all around the world, and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was very smooth, and when we walked in, there was music playing to welcome us. The house was incredibly clean and beautiful. I especially loved the jacuzzi, it made me want to stay forever haha. Two nights weren’t enough. The location is also great for walking everywhere. I’ll definitely come back if I ever return to Gyeongju.

We travel a lot. And we often use AirBnB accommodations. Not all of them are on my account. Also through my wife. Just so you can understand what we're saying: this place is one of the top 3 of our worldwide experiences. Unbelievable. It was relaxed because we were informed from the start. There was a big festival in the old town on our weekend. And Sangmi informed us in time. She also kept a parking space free for us. Her mother - super sweet - welcomed us on foot and led us to the parking space that Sangmi had freed up at the same time. And this house!!!!!!! The architecture is simple and appealing and shapely and functional. Everything was thought out. We used both the hot tub and the Marshall speaker (inside) and the water filter. She also provided us with super nice and also practical goodies. Everything was 1a and we would come back any time!!!!!!

The family, who arrived early, visited places where they could experience the image of Cheongdo, such as watching a cleaning competition and visiting the nearby winery and the ancient Cheoncheon Temple. When I arrived on the same day, I felt like my head was already clear as I saw the garden with a wonderful landscape like the guide photo and the accommodation with a panoramic view. The spacious kitchen, the second-floor room with a good view, and the courtyard that can be accessed all made it a perfect place to get away from the city and heal. In addition, the accommodation had an annex (room + bathroom and shower room) that was not mentioned in the accommodation information, so the preference of women was high. After dinner, the music of old memories prepared by the host in the fireplace was healing itself. All the families who attended said they were very satisfied, so we decided to use it next time if we get a chance. The scenery was nice and the air was clear, so I was satisfied with the one night and two days that went by so quickly, and I thank the host again for preparing it warmly. It was as cozy and nice as the picture! I think it will be difficult to come and go unless the means of transportation is a car, but if you have a car or take a taxi, I don't think it will be very inconvenient. The host is really, really kind and the breakfast is well taken care of, so I ate so well! Just one unfortunate thing is that the fire was too weak when I barbecued, and I kept grilling it thinking that it was just the fire, so I couldn't cook it and threw it away. What I liked most was the spacious yard, which was the best condition for our family traveling with a dog. My dog was also very happy because he could run freely in the yard and take a good walk. I've used Airbnb a few times, but It was a great, clean and beautiful accommodation! The barbecue area is outside, and inside the barbecue area, there is a refrigerator, kitchen, tableware, microwave, burner, etc., and the ventilation facilities are very good. There were drums, guitars, pianos, darts, and karaoke machines (I was surprised that there were all the latest songs) indoors, so I had a good time and made good memories without knowing the time. And I was able to communicate very well with the owner, so I had a comfortable rest! This time I came with friends, but next time I want to bring my parents with me!

I wish I could have stayed for more than one night at Unhyung’s place. It was a perfect getaway from Seoul and my family had a wonderful time here. During the day, we sat on the maru for some snacks where it felt cool and breezy. At night, we enjoyed using the fire place located in the front yard. The place was equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. I highly recommend this place.

8 people from Gunwi Opel CC Golf Club spent the night. The accommodation was spacious, so it was enough to socialize and relax, and the living room was warm and friendly with the fireplace that was lit for us. I ate the lettuce from the garden freely, and it was delicious. There were a variety of lettuce, and I was able to have a really delicious lettuce wrap party with the soft, savory lettuce. I brought the vegetables I prepared. I found it well with the friendly guidance, but if there was a sign for Seojin's guesthouse I think it would have been easier to find without hesitation. The owner goes to work as a security guard at night, so you can use the entire place. It's nice to be far away from other houses and quiet. There's a field right in front of the house where you can hear grasshoppers and frogs, so you can really feel like you're in a countryside. I am very satisfied. Tips Bring one grill and plenty of charcoal If you want to have a bonfire, bring firewood for it. You can wash the tableware once before using it. If you have a soundbar, I recommend you bring it. We took a power strip, but if you don't have one, you can take a multi-tap and use it. You have to draw electricity from the house to the brazier, so it's about 10m. I had a good rest and hang out before heading out. There may be some shortcomings because the owner manages it alone, but please understand that the price is very cheap.
