It was a really amazing stay at Léa's. We were in a natural cocoon, lulled by the song of Leon the peacock! It was relaxing, intimate, warm, and we were really in our own bubble. If you want to have a unique and unforgettable time, you have to go to Léa's little chalet, it was unforgettable! A thousand times better than a 5-star hotel. Once again, thank you for everything!

Very beautiful house in a green park. It is a peaceful, quiet and relaxing haven. The decoration is neat and Bernadette takes care of the smallest details regarding everyday needs. Storage volumes - cabinets, cupboards - are numerous. The kitchen and bathroom, pleasantly decorated, are very well equipped. There is nothing missing, thanks to Bernadette. The bedroom and living room are very spacious as well as the children's play area which includes many toys. Board games are also available in the drawers. I left with regret and look forward to returning. In addition, I have fond memories of our discussions. Thank you Bernadette, as well as your family for the quality of the rental you offer - I saw in the kitchen the welcome note from each family member -.

Very pleasant family stay in a beautiful house, very well-equipped, Michel is responsive, there are many activities to do a few km from the house. I highly recommend this place in the countryside while being close to Paris.

5-star stay at Mayra and Étienne's! The house is very nice, well furnished with everything you need and very well decorated - it is far from the soulless apartment hotels so common on Airbnb. Everything is new, beautiful, with beautiful materials. The bedding is of good quality. The big pluses to highlight: - Access to the garden, super nice in this beautiful weather; - Mayra's very kind proposal to bring a 2nd hammock so we can both enjoy it - step-free garage to safely store bikes - the very complete kitchen - all the little touches (candies, cakes, etc.) In short, if you have the opportunity to stay, go for it without hesitation!

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. If you don't know where to stay in Paris then this is the place for you. It's in a peaceful part of the city but still has the lovely architecture, loads of bakeries, great restaurants and easy access to the metro. It's also easy walking distance to the city centre and the stroll to enjoy the jardin de Luxembourg is a must. The apartment itself is lovely, really spacious and well designed to make it super comfortable and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights of Paris. It also has a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a quiet glass of wine. The instructions are super clear for checkin and the host was easy to communicate with. The only improvement I can think of might be a list of local recommendations in the apartment. Paris is a big city and it's always great to get some tips from a local!

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Impeccable accommodation, everything you need to spend a night or a stay in good conditions. I recommend ++ this place.

Staying at Fabienne's was a wonderful experience. Charming apartment with space and nice amenities like toiletries and cooking equipment. The balcony was great and very airy for the apartment with the doors open. We went to Disney and the 59 bus was a 5 minute walk away and got us to the park in 10 minutes (2 stops). The neighborhood is lovely and even perfect for an evening walk! Fabienne was extremely kind and welcoming. It was a pleasurable stay!
