Situated in the centre of the quaint village of Chevrieres next to the impressive old Catholic Church, this off-street location provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding towns of Chantilly, Senlis and Compiègne. A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

Cet appartement, entièrement refait à neuf se trouve au cœur de Chessy, plusieurs restaurants, une supérette et une boulangerie se situent au bout de la rue. Situé à 5 minutes de l’entrée de Disneyland Paris en voiture et à moins de 20 minutes à pieds. Il est également à 6 minutes de marche du centre commercial : Val d’Europe. La décoration évoque l’univers Disney, avec sa chambre à thème Peter Pan et une La belle et la bête, quelques touches disney sont présentes dans les autres pièces.

Our home is located in the authentic village of Pontpoint. A stone's throw from the Royal Abbey of Moncel and the banks of the Oise, you will be close to the historic towns of Senlis, Chantilly, Pierrefonds or Compiègne, and amusement parks (Asterix/Mer de Sable). This completely renovated and spacious apartment, located in an old farmhouse, is composed of a cozy living room with a wood stove, 2 separate and adjoining bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.

House in the center of the village

Atypical house of 80m2 with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars at the property. 40min train from Gare du Nord, stop "Rieux - Angicourt". The house is a 5 min walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second detached house at the back of the property.

The gite of the trough, for a break

The gite of the auge was converted into an old barn/barn built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel.
