Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in charming, older style where kitchen and social areas are on the ground floor and the four bedrooms downstairs. From the kitchen, you can reach the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glassed patio below it. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying closet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Rowing boat is included in the rental rate. Dogs welcome in this home.

Lillstugan Olstorp

Just a stone's throw from the lake Yngaren, this cabin is perfect for those of you who want to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Down by the lake there is a private beach where you can swim or socialize. The cottage is about 30 sqm and consists of the kitchen/dining room, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a smaller bathroom with toilet and shower. Only a short distance from the property is Harhålets swimming area where there is also a hiking trail. The cottage is located 10 km from stigtomta where there is a gas station, pizzeria and Ica.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Cozy courtyard house with history from the 1800s. Here you will live nicely and sleep well, a perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You can charge your electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 minutes to Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 50 km to Norrköping and 100 km to Stockholm.

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds.
