Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

From the kitchen you can reach the balcony on the upper floor and a glassed-in patio with infrared heating is below this. 2 bathrooms and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. The forest where you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms is behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and meadows. Below the house there is a swimming area. Dogs are welcome in this home

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.

Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
