Peace! The house is simple and cozy. If you listen, you'll hear the inner speech. A unique feeling! Listen to the birds saying good morning to the sun and nature, singing! the sound of the wind, the rain on the roof! Have coffee, lunch while contemplating the view of the waterfall! Step barefoot on the ground, feel the breeze of the wind on your face! It is beautiful to see nature in its perfect harmony. It reinvigorates your energy!!!! The waterfall is about a 15-minute walk. There is another waterfall (Do Zé Dias) that leads to the milk tank.

Cozy flat for those seeking the privacy of an entire apartment. The building is well located and has a 24-hour doorman, elevators… In addition, it is located close to everything, between 2 supermarkets, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, a bus station and a pharmacy. We are located about 7 minutes from UFV. We have a TV Box that will give you access to several channels, movies and series. The apartment does not have a garage, but we have a partnership with a gentleman who rents the garage for a good price!!

Beautiful apartment close to everything in Viçosa-MG. Come rest in an apartment with great suite and double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 large bathrooms and parking space. We provide all bed linen, bath and face towels and liquid soap. Great location, quiet and open-minded environment! Very well decorated, with 35mb wi-fi, smart TV with Alexa and kitchenware, coffee powder and basic ingredients. Come unconcerned! You're going to hang out!

Due to the positive experience as guests on AirBnB, we also decided to offer our apartment. Assembled with great affection, all furniture, we created a cozy and family atmosphere. Quite complete, every utensil, decoration, bed, table and bath were designed for a very comfortable stay. Privileged location near the main shopping area, restaurants and all kinds of services. Very close to the bus station and also to UFV.

I had a problem on my trip to Viçosa and ended up arriving almost 11:00 p.m., Dona Ione was super supportive, I arrived super tired and found a super cozy room, soft bed, I was able to take a warm shower and I was able to rest! I loved the stay, Dona Ione is super responsive, answers super fast, super recommended!

We really like it, amazing place, unique, with a rich history told us by the hostess and her mother. Our checkin was flexible, the host had the patience to wait for us, very solicitous and nice. The house is very cozy, hyper clean, organized and complete, I didn't miss anything. Calm, wooded place, surrounded by mountains, water directly from the source and directed to a bathtub of running water, being able to retain the water and use bath salts. Excellent for relaxing listening to the singing of birds and waters, Great to recharge! I recommend it!

Besides being an attentive and helpful host, she is an amazing person, full of light and generosity. More than a host, Priscila became a dear friend. I'm so thankful for everything! I was very well received by Mrs. America, a very nice and attentive lady, she was very helpful. The location is good and the neighborhood is quiet. The room is as advertised, very clean and functional, the internet served me super well for the days I needed to work, air conditioning in perfect conditions of use and very cold, extremely clean and organized bathroom... I can only say that I really liked it and if you have any doubts about whether this room is worth it, you can go with your eyes closed and you won't regret it.
