The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

It was great, I was delighted with the well tidy place neatly clean. And I had everything I needed.

Ragily is an excellent person, easy to communicate with, objective, flexible, responds quickly, affordable price, we felt at home, wonderful accommodation, the apartment has everything we needed, on the outskirts there is a restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, everything very tasty and great prices.

I really enjoyed the stay. I needed to stay in a location near UFG Campus Samambaia and I didn't want to spend it on transportation. The accommodation is very close and with about 15 minutes of walking I was already at UFG. Village has a very good little dinner to two lodging streets, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more. The bus stop is on the same street. Walking a bit, you arrive on the avenue facing UFG and you can have lunch in very good and affordable places. About the loft, it has a very good bed, a very tasty air conditioning, it even had a hehehehe net, in the kitchen it had refrigerator, stove, microwave, water filter and much more. Very nice shower too. Access to the loft is very quiet and very private. This is a very good option for those who need to stay in the area. The apartment is very well located and matches the photos shown in the listing. Busy location, with several options of bars and restaurants, easy access to other locations. Excellent Wi-Fi. It was worth it, I recommend it!

Excellent cost benefit! Beautiful house, tidy, very equipped and extremely cozy! It exceeded all expectations. Tâmara's service was very effective, she gave us all the support, answered all our questions immediately. We stayed 9 days, and really felt at home, it made our trip much better! I will definitely come back more often and recommend it without a doubt!

Host very good people, serves well and is always at your disposal. House in excellent location with a quiet and very complete neighborhood. The 3 very spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. Would recommend.

Celso was extremely accommodating and flexible. He was easy to work with and always responsive, despite the multiple questions I constantly sent him. Traveling with kids is stressful and Celso certainly made the process much easier. The house is spacious and great with the multiple bathrooms. We will certainly book this place with Celso on next year’s trip!

The house is super spacious, comfortable, in a very quiet area, there is a bakery, supermarket, convenience, everything close by! It's just really hot in Goiânia!

Great place to stay. Hemerson Service was impeccable, always helpful and available to provide the necessary answers at any time. The house is extremely organized, the rooms clean and comfortable, with all the air conditioning running. When I get the chance, I'm sure I'll rent this place again.

I found the apartment very clean and smelly. It had all the kitchen accessories available, and new ones. Smell bed and bath linens. Anyway the stay was wonderful. I recommend.

I had a very nice three month stay at Leonardo's place. For me it was perfect due to it's close proximity to the city centre campus. I would say it's maybe not the best neighbourhood in goiania but still fine with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Leonardo was a good host with easy communication and I can recommend this place to any other travellers
