The apartment itself is fantastic. Taras was the one that checked me in, and Alyona was the one who took care of any additional requests and fixes throughout the apartment. The apartment is very homely and nice. It has everything you need for a short AND long-term stay. If you work on the internet, the connection is fast as well. The entrance to the building and lobby/elevator area definitely need renovations (it is from the soviet era), but otherwise, once you enter the actual apartment, it is really great. Also, the location is absolutely central, with a busy shopping mall right next door, along with restaurants and bars that are open very very late. Finally, one side of the apartment faces a busy street, which my roommate found a bit noisy, while the other side of the apartment faces a very quiet and peaceful side. Overall, I enjoyed staying here for a month. Thank you Taras and Alyona

my second time in this apartment and this time accidentally met the hostess, very nice :) very cozy. internet and water during the power outage were present, which was very surprising. not my last time here ;) thank you!

I recommend this place absolutely sincerely. Very pleasant in communication and correct owner, the apartment overlooks the square, interesting planning, it is possible to park by car (given that this is the center; even during rush hour). It was very convenient that I was able to check in at a convenient time, it was also nice to see bottled water in the apartment.

Nice apartment, hoast rally helpful and accommodating when I needed an extra night that I’d forgotten to book.

Nice place with perfect location

I enjoyed my stay in this amazing apartment! The sauna and bathtub really did it for me once winter came. The amenities in the apartment make it very easy to have lazy days so I’d highly recommend checking out Ansfield pub (American themed and super close) if you’re looking to meet new people or just have a drink. There are two grocery stores and the river mall is right around the corner for all of your daily needs as well as local parks that make a great place to jog or relax! The apartment is very secure and so is the neighborhood. Rom did a wonderful job with checking me in and making me feel at home. If you need a rental car, he’ll hook you up while you’re in town! 10/10 ⭐️ Would definitely stay here again!
