the facilities that are long, very comfortable when staying here, the one I like the most admin is very very helpful and fast respond. the condition of the house is the same as in the picture. the family is happy when staying here, it is very comfortable. nextt i will choosee this home to stay in a view days for holiday/something like that with family or friends bcs its worth!.

The house is amazing! I got to spend 4 nights and celebrate Christmas with my family in this house. It felt straight like home, the utilities and facilities matched the descriptions. The house is pretty clean. However I feel the lights in the house were a bit dim, but other than that everything is just perfect.

Staying at Sofia's place was great for me and my family. Since the arrival, the guide and instruction was clear. The security guard at the housing complex gate was also polite and welcoming. Location is great with nice view around the neighborhood. The small pool in the backyard keep my little daughter busy all day while we finish our work. Overall, will consider to come again when in Semarang 🙂

mba Arifani is pro active about facilities, check in/out and access around the unit take the elevator access key to the unit floor with a very sensitive chip card with gem enter the room, very tidy and looks new, the mattress is even diplastic wkkwkw shower warm water available, mini washing machine and folding table to put laptops etc. seamless WiFi and GSM internet access snacks are available along with 1.5 liters bottled mineral water, some drink sachets and teabags the soundproofing of the room is also good, the noise is muffled many culinary and snack spots, two indomaret shops competing below, minang restaurants, klaten, suroboyoan to contemporary stalls such as coffee and juice also spread along the road who like to run towards campus, even though going up and down the hills is still comfortable and safe from passing vehicles proposal: you can provide an electric water boiler so that older guests like me don't mistakenly use cooking containers on an induction stove (excuse me...)

3rd time to rent this unit Great location, easy to check in. Apartemen is clean. Kitchen amenities is sufficient for 3-4 guests. Recommended place to stay in Semarang.

The property was located in a strategic area. The room quite spacious and clean.

The unit is very nice and well maintained, the room is clean and all appliances are complete from kitchen appliances to bathroom appliances. The view is good directly facing the intersection of five. It's just that the tv broadcast is not complete hehe. But overall it's ok and really worth it. It'll be a subscription place to stay every time you go back to semarang.

The room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s in a hotel building with swimming pool on the rooftop. We didn’t use the pool but the night view is amazing. Room is nice and tidy. Host replies quickly and very helpful. Recommend.

Area is spacious enough, for 4 people it feels comfortable. The cleaning supplies and tools are very well stocked. Host is responsive and friendly.

I came to Semarang to visit friends and family and stayed at Irina's place with 2 friends. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the great location. The apartment is small but we still had enough space. The place was clean and Irina is a very helpful and friendly host! :)

This is a great apartment in a convenient location, just less than 2 km south of Simpang Lima City Center. The only minor downside is the lack of a sink in the kitchen (so utensils have to be washed in the bathroom), but I'd definitely consider to stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

Jason's place are strategically located and very clean . highly recommended if you stay in Semarang

Sharon had been very helpful and responsive. She called the building engineer right away when we had problem with the water heater. The place has nice view. Overall it was a nice stay.
