The studio is located in Seltjarnarnes, a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Reykjavík. The area is by the coast and has a beautiful trail around the headland we recommend, where you can see the famous Grótta lighthouse and diverse birdlife. At night, during winters, locals come here to escape light pollution and see the Northern lights (Aurora Borealis). A bus stop is within half a minute´s walk from the studio. Also within walking distance are a gym and a kid friendly thermal, swimming pool.

Beautiful condo on top floor with unlimited ocean view. Situated on the little Seltjarnarnes peninsula just five minutes away from down town Reykjavik. Wonderful place for a walk by the ocean and the famous lighthouse, golf, open air swimming pool, gym, bakery, caffes, grocery store, wine store and local health clinic.
