De villa was super netjes en het contact met de host en de receptie was perfect. Ze zijn super behulpzaam. Kamers waren schoon, nieuw, en netjes. De foto’s doen eigenlijk te kort aan hoe het er echt uit ziet.

We had such a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend to anyone. The house was beautiful and the accommodations were lovely. The staff was warm and organized horse carriages to pick us up from the dock. Complementary bicycles were so great and they even helped to organize a smaller bicycle for my daughter the house is walking distanceor just a two or three minute bike ride to the beach. The island is incredibly small so it doesn’t really matter what side of the island you are on because the whole island is accessible by bicycle.

We had a fantastic stay at villa Bareng with our two daughters. Everything is brand new and stylishly finished. Oasis of calm just steps from the beach. Good surf break right outside the door and 2 good restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again without a doubt!

When you say goodbye to your host with a warm hug, you just know it was a great stay – and that’s exactly how it was for us! We spent two wonderful weeks at this place and felt incredibly comfortable from the very beginning. Putri, Lina and Cor made us feel welcome like old friends. They were warm, communicative and always available – we had a few lovely evenings with them that we’ll remember for a long time. They organized transfers for us, always had the right solution for every little thing, and impressed us with their open and caring attitude. The house itself is spotless, beautifully located in a peaceful area, and equipped with everything you need: a fully stocked kitchen, fresh drinking water, and especially – the amazing pool and the well-equipped little gym, which we used almost every day. It’s one of those places you arrive at and never want to leave again. Thank you so much for everything – we will definitely be back! ☺️☺️

We had a gret stay here in between the hills. The location ist super quite, very inviting for private expieriences. Everything is well organized. Weekly a cleaning team shows up to clean the whole house. When something or another was questionable, Mr. Paul immediatly replied and offered instant support, help or whatever was needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would recommend you to stay.

Tanja’s space is a wonderful home from home. Nestled just a few minutes behind the hustle and bustle of the main road you have easy access yet tranquility. I stayed here on my own for a few days before my husband arrived and I felt safe and well connected. The space was much bigger than I expected with a beautiful pool separating the open kitchen / living room and bedrooms. The house is super clean, well-stocked with most things, great WiFi and has the option for daily cleaning and towel refresh; this was a nice touch and not at all intrusive. The bathrooms were big and light, and part covered with glass to give the illusion of being outside, yet the comfort of being separate from natures insects and wildlife! Shower water was hot and abundant - important after a day at the beach. We stayed during peak rainy season and whilst this limited our time outdoor, the design of the place was great as the rain easily drained and dried. Tanja also helped recommend a local driver & scooter co!

My family of 4 stayed in August 2024 for five nights. The accommodation suited us perfectly. This Airbnb is a beautiful example of Indonesian architecture and provides an authentic experience of the region. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house rules are simple and easy to live with. My family enjoyed Silvia's bread and jam for breakfast in the outdoor living space. The location is a short walk from the eastern beach and port. This beach has excellent snorkeling with less tourist boats. We saw better coral and marine life on this side. The island is easy to walk around from here. The swimming pool is relaxed and clean, we played in the pool each day. Saleh and Silvia helped us book activities, made great recommendations about where to eat and helped us enjoy the island. They are wonderful hosts. We want to come back and book the second villa with family or friends.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The house is warm and cozy and feels like home. Soft lightning, warm decor, all the amenities that you could possibly need (and more), and about 02 dozen fishes to keep you company.. The outdoor garden area is perfect - lush green and a perfect reading / evening tea spot. Mark is very responsive and is available for any queries. If you are planning on a long stay, don't think much, go for it. It's a perfect nook.

Amazing place to stay with large kitchen, high ceilings and just lots of space inside and outside of the villa. Truly a hidden gem in a resort-style place with an unusually large pool. Rena is the most amazing lady that helped us with trips, tips what to do and cooked us some great breakfasts and dinners. One thing to mention, though, is the mosque close-by which can be quite loud especially early in the morning or if you are on a video call.

Nice private house with a good aircondition and everything that was needed. The bathrooms looked a bit old but were clean. Best thing was the cafe Piccolo and their great staff that is next to the villas. You can walk directly to kuta, but take a scooter for the next best beaches east and west, the traffic is easy from there.

This was a fantastic house. So spacious and private. The pool area was great. The breakfast was convenient and you have Boni Hotel 2 minutes walk away which serves delicious cocktails and food. Our host was brilliant and sorted out whatever we needed. We hired scooters as the location is fairly remote. We also got a couple of taxis which was easy. Such a great location for exploring Selong Belanak

Het verblijf bij Adrian was geweldig. We kregen een fijn en warm welkom van zijn lieve honden brava, coco en shadow die ons naar het huisje begeleide. De omgeving is geweldig en je zit verstopt tussen de palm bomen en als je de tuin uitloopt sta je op een prachtig zwart zand privé strand. Je zit aardig verstopt dus een scooter heb je zeker nodig die kan je huren bij Adrian. Hij heeft me een avondje meegenomen om me te helpen met boodschappen en we bezochten locale plekken met heerlijk eten(de vis sate is a GEWELDIG!) Een klein min puntje wat we erg jammer vonden is dat het matras niet comfortabel sliep, het was erg aan de harde kant Prachtig paradijs wij komen terug!

Wow wow wow! We loved our stay at this villa. Putu and all the staff went above and beyond. Our breakfast was amazing every day. No need to stress about what activities you would like to do whilst on the island Putu was excellent at arranging all this, from massages, sightseeing, snorkelling and meal options. Cold drinks available on arrival including Bintang at reasonable prices. We had the Villa driver pick us up from the boat, we sent a photo of ourselves which made it easy for them to find us as it can be busy at port. We would recommend doing the tourist drives early in the morning as there are less crowds. Kids also loved snorkelling along the coast in front of the Secret Penida restaurant, hire snorkelling gear for 50000rup. Best of all we just relaxed with family and friends and soaked up the sun and enjoyed the views from the pool and living area. Only thing I would note is that all bedrooms are accessed via stairs.

If you travel with big group (more than 15pax) to lombok, this is the place for you..

We loved our stay! The villa was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The garden is quite big and absolutely stunning, even more beautiful than in the pictures. The most beautiful place I've stayed in! It was quiet and felt private. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend this place.

We had such a lovely stay at Julian’s place! Beautiful home!! Gorgeous front yard and very private space. The mosquito nets around the beds were so good to have! Definitely recommend this home. Thanks so much! 😊

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the villa! It is beautiful - so clean and peaceful. It looked just the pictures. The staff is wonderful! They are so friendly and helpful and very responsive. We were able to use the beautiful pool. We were able to cook meals using the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The large bathrooms with the outdoor showers were amazing! Stephanie was responsive and helpful. We especially liked having Trisna to drive us around. The electricity went out briefly at night a coupke of times, but we noticed the neighbors lights were also off. That is to be expected in some countries. It was not an issue for us. There are tiny lizards and bugs that get into the villa, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed watching the lizards run around. We felt safe and were able to walk to the nearby Indomart. We used Grab a few times and never had any issues finding our way back to the villa

This is a beautiful villa and we felt safe and secluded here. Sherri was incredibly helpful and attentive and responded quickly to any messages. The air conditioning in the rooms was very efficient and we appreciated the mosquito nets. We were also grateful for the bottled water supplied in the kitchen. There is obviously noise and smells from the local community but this added to its authenticity and didn’t cause a problem. Sherri was very prompt at arranging a free breakfast at PJs ( which we recommend) when we commented on some noise from a nearby project. The noise was temporary and lasted only a very short time during our 3 day stay. We appreciated the shaded sitting area by the pool and loved watching a tropical storm from the main sitting area too. We would stay here again if we ever come back. Thank you Sherri.

Absolutely stunning, idyllic oasis in the centre of the island. Little paths weave across Gili Air for a quick bike ride in any direction, choose your beach, choose your restaurant - that’s the hardest part of being on this island. So many to choose from! Start your day at the coffee roasters cafe 1 minute away - they do matcha too :-) End your day in the lush pool staring up at the stars. Charlie, the housekeeper, is so friendly and helpful, truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thanks Charlie for organising our luggage, massages in the villa, snorkling, the medic, everything! Can’t wait to return to this peaceful island

The tree house was a fun structure to live in. I liked how there were two floors and the loved the sitting space on top with a view. I got to chat with Peter over breakfast, which was nice:). The neighborhood walking to the main road is rural and lovely, and the beach is close by. I was only there for two nights, but it was a great stop on my journey.

I had a great stay! The area was safe and quiet, which made it feel relaxing. The house was bigger than I thought, with a large living room, a big bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen was good for cooking. The neighbors were friendly, too. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!
