Each room has air conditioning, clothes hangers, dresser. Parking. There is a sauna on the premises. There is also a BBQ grill, patio furniture, sun loungers. The entire lot is fenced.

Close by are the two lakes of Gieret (cca700 m) and Pomor (about 400 m). The property is year-round.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and two rooms. In each room you will find fresh linen and towels. We have a large gazebo at our disposal. Next to it, there is a fireplace with a grate for evening feasting. - PLOT ON THE LAKE (7 mins from Summer House) by Lake Boksze, which is fenced, forested, with a bridge(platform) and boat.

In the village (1.6km) there is a beach with sand and shallow descent into the water.
