Vacation rentals with a patio in Seget Vranjica

Good communication in advance, so getting there by car was easy. Very warm welcome, we felt at home right from the start. The location is very nice and quiet and the view from the apartment to the sea is fantastically beautiful. The apartment is as advertised, the supermarket and the house beaches are within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We can only recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect, we'd love to come back any time.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

An apartment with everything you need, a little far from downtown but recommended.

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Just what I was looking for, thank you

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and calm neighborhood and next to the beach, and close to the forest. Unfortunately, there is no shops near the apartment. When we arrived everything was clean and consistent with the description.

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Ante’s place, it had everything we needed and we loved the view from the terrace and the tranquility! The small pebble beaches of Vinišće are a 10 minute walk away, as are the local restaurants and mini-mart so everything is on your doorstep. The apartment is clean and spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and the espresso machine was a great bonus. Ante was a great host, very communicative and accommodating throughout. He provided a cot bed for our 2 year old which was perfect. The place was easy to find driving from Split airport using google maps, even at night. Follow the parking instructions to use the dedicated space across the lane from the house.

Perfect and very cozy

We had a pleasant stay at Petar's place. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The beach is very close as well as groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

First of all: amazing host and hostess. Extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the whole island (and what there is to do/where to go). Diana and Dragan provided excellent service throughout our stay, making you feel like nothing is too much to ask for. The apartment is small but very conveniently decorated. Everything you need is present, and even some extra complementary beverages. As is evident from the pictures: the balcony few is gorgeous. The town is within walking distance, and so are several nice bars/restaurants. Personal favorite was the fish restaurant Bago. There are a lot of mosquitos late at night, make sure to bring appropriate clothing/spray (they also have some at the apartment). There is also an AC in the room for warm evenings. Last thing to keep in mind is that the church bells ring early in the morning (06:00), but it wasn’t too bad. Thank you for your amazing service and letting us stay at your lovely apartment. We had a wonderful holiday at Josipa's place. She is a very good host and always eager to meet all expectations. She is always available and immediately helps with any problems and requests. The location of the apartment is great, you walk across the street and you are already by the sea. A terrace where you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the view of the sea is included. Very close are a bistro ( Val), which we highly recommend and a bit further there are different shopping opportunities in both directions. In the apartment is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, only 1 room is a little clairvoyant... to the nearest neighbors. Everything else is great.

A really cute Apartment in a nice area with view to the sea from terrace. All what we need was there also charging place for elektrocar. Perfect to stay !
