The house is situated in the quiet village of Faoug on Lake Murten and offers a great deal of privacy. The house and garden are enclosed by a high hedge and a gate. The real highlights are the large balcony with a lake view, the huge terrace, and the amenities, which include a barbecue, garden furniture, a paddleboard, and a ping-pong table. In front of the house, there is a private parking space with enough room for three to four cars.

The private lake access to the communal sunbathing area is only about 150 meters from the house and invites you to swim and sunbathe right by the water. For an even greater vacation feeling, a license-free motorboat can also be rented.

Located on the 1st floor of our family home with a pretty garden, this residence is a 9-minute walk from the tourist town center of Morat and a 13-minute walk from Lake Morat. The apartment is furnished and equipped to accommodate a maximum 5 persons.
