Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond. She gave us the key 5 hours early, personally picked us up, and even spoke to our taxi driver to make sure we got dropped off at the right place. She gave me a tour of the Medina, introduced me to local vendors to ensure I’d be treated well, and showed me the best spots to eat. Truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Asmae's, The residence is secure, the apartment very spacious in the heart and very accessible. We stayed there with our infants and grandparents. I will take over the same apartment on my next stay in Kenitra 🙏

The place was not that bad

houcine's apartment is very well equipped,clean, very quiet, easy to find. the only thing to improve is the common areas of the residence ( including the pool) they lack maintenance. if not, the experience is good to do again without hesitation in winter this time. Thank you Houcine

The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of this unique magic that only the Fez medina can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and Abdelali's soul is present at all times. The terrace offers stunning views of the Fez medina, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent moments of joy and relaxation there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Everything went well, we had a really lovely time in the riad. It was very clean and was cleaned everyday as well. Breakfast was delicious and flexible with the time. We had no complaints and enjoyed our time there.

a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, there is a lot of construction but the sound was hardly noticeable it's definitely an up and coming neighborhoo, very peaceful and the people were gentle.

The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!
